The qualifications to be considered as an adjunct lecturer in the MPA program are a doctorate degree in public administration or related field of study, or a master’s degree with a strong record as a city manager, CEO, CFO, Development Director or other relevant professional management work experience to the course’s specific subject matter. Teaching experience is desirable.
